Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 December 2025
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Stats Tracker for PUBG (the “App”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application and related services. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy describes our practices so that you can make an informed decision. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Stats Tracker for PUBG is designed to provide you with detailed game statistics without requiring unnecessary personal data. We only collect:
- In‑game name and account ID: The character name and unique account identifier you enter when you set up the App.
- Anonymous install identifier: A randomly generated identifier assigned to your device for subscription management and basic analytics.
We do not collect crash logs, health data, contacts or any other personal identifiers. Payments and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s In‑App Purchase system and RevenueCat; we do not see or store your payment details.
How We Collect Data
Your in‑game name and account ID are collected when you voluntarily enter them into the App. The install identifier is generated automatically when you first launch the App. Subscription status is determined via Apple and RevenueCat. Our backend leverages Firebase to retrieve and store game data from the official PUBG APIs.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To fetch and display your PUBG statistics, match histories and other insights.
- To manage your Pro subscription and enable premium features such as 2D replays, live loot timelines and advanced search.
- To improve the App’s functionality, fix bugs and enhance the user experience.
- To respond to your support requests or contact you about critical updates.
We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or other third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third‑Party Services
To deliver the App’s features, we rely on the following third‑party services:
- PUBG official APIs: We query public APIs to retrieve match and player statistics based on your account ID.
- Apple In‑App Purchase: Subscriptions are handled through Apple’s secure payment system. We do not process payment information directly.
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat stores an anonymous identifier and purchase receipt to verify your subscription.
- Firebase: Our backend uses Firebase to store and process game data. Firebase may log generic device information (such as operating system and version) necessary for service performance and security.
- Cloudflare Pages: Our marketing site and privacy policy are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare automatically collects logs and analytics for security and reliability purposes.
Each third‑party provider has its own privacy policy, and we only share the minimum information necessary for them to perform their services.
4. Data Retention
We retain your in‑game name and account ID for as long as you maintain an account with Stats Tracker. Anonymous install identifiers are retained only as long as necessary to manage subscriptions and generate aggregated analytics. If you request deletion of your data or uninstall the App, we will remove your information from our systems within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to keep it.
5. Your Rights
If you are located in the European Union or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
- Data portability, where applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@pubgstats.app. We may ask you to verify your identity before complying with your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we endeavour to protect your information to the best of our ability.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our data practices or the App’s functionality. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, if appropriate, via a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
